Rare, Russian Model 1914/30 Grenade

Inter-war to early WW2 Russian Model 1914/30 hand grenade aka the 'Bottle Grenade' due to its shape. A pre-great war design this is the rarer, later version that had a few modifications over the original version such as TNT filling & O.D painted finish, rather than shiny plated finish.

Sheet steel and brass body, this example has its original paint. Very well marked top section, the bits that should move do. Some corrosion, but no restoration. Very hard to find doubt I will have another.

This model of grenade was used in the winter war and WW2 along side the later RGD33 & F1. INERT/F.F.E
