Scarce U.S jungle first aid kit pouch. Well maker marked 'G.B M.F.G Inc' & dated 1943.
Issued to troops in the pacific theatre during the war & later conflicts.

Very good condition, with even colour, no stains or tears. Two internal dividers period removed probably to hold a larger dressing. All rear fittings intact.
