Imperial German Stielhandgranate model 1917. 'Bring Back' condition this is one that has been attic stored or similar and has survived very well. Strips down as it should all threads are good, excellent stick which is marked with maker initials, fuse time and dated 29.3.18 German spring offensive timeframe..

Traces of original paint, the belt hook period removed, (believe this was done by some troops when the grenades were carried in sandbags to prevent snagging)

Classic WW1 stick in above average condition. INERT/F.F.E
