Inert, late war German 'Last Ditch' hand grenade. Adapted from air dropped 0.5kg 'Splitterbombe' modified for hand throwing by the addition of a B.Z pull ignitor. This one dated 1944 & maker coded brb.

Very pleasing untouched condition, with some original finish remaining, it displays well.
Scarce & interesting late war grenade. Inert/F.F.E
