Good 1906 dated Prussian issue S98 nA bayonet with matching unit markings to the 7.Lothringisches Infanterie-Regiment Nr.158, part of the VII Armeekorps. which served as part of the second Army, fighting at the Marne, Charleroi, Neuve-Chapelle & Festubert.

The blade spine 1906 dated with Prussian cypher, maker marked P.D Luneschloss. Good untouched condition, no pitting, minor staining, the Brown leather scabbard has good stitching with one crease near the end.

Tidy, matching example of THE German infantry bayonet of 1914.
