WW1 Imperial German, Unit Marked Muzzle Cover For Gew98

Scarce WW1 German steel muzzle cover for the Mauser G98 service rifle. Regimentally marked to the Bavarian 22nd infantry regiment. Good condition, the top spring has long since failed, but the end cover opens and stays back, the internal spring is strong so it fits to a rifle as it should.

These little covers now getting hard to find, unit marked ones particularly so.
