WW1 Imperial German E.M's Belt & Buckle, 1915 Dated

WW1 Prussian enlisted mans belt & buckle in a large (for the period) 110cm. The leather is strong and supple with good clear makers mark & is 1915 dated. It also bears the hand written names of two soldiers and a unit.

The steel buckle is an interesting ersatz variation that had a brass 'wash' so as to resemble the brass type. This now only remains in small patches.
