WW1 American S.B.R & haversack. Matching large size '4' to the face piece & haversack, the latter named & unit marked; 'Corp G.H Perkins Co.B.314M.S.T'

The face piece is very supple with no delamination of the rubber. The hose is intact but has flattened with age. Flapper valve present but detached. All fittings present to the haversack including the instruction card & repair patches. The yellow painted filter box is good with no holes.
Nice named example of 'Doughboy' anti-gas equipment.
