Very good German M15 pickelhaube cover. Faintly maker marked and dated 1915, the cover retains all of its attachment hooks. Leather reinforced cut-outs for the chinstrap.
Sadly the detachable spike cover is now absent, helmets by this stage of the war were often worn with the spike removed in the front line.
