A Very Good Empty, WW1 or earlier German 27mm Flare Pistol Cartridge Case, with clear DWM head stamp.

The case is dent free, with a nice polish and is NOT a ground dug item.

Used in the Hebel type flare pistols in German service from the 1890s onward.
